Friday night, Kyle and I went to the grand opening of bleu Restaurant & Wine bar. I highly suggest checking this place out if you're in Columbia. The event only had passed hors d'oeuvres (which, as a side note, my grandfather pronounces as 'horse doovers'), so I didn't get to taste the full menu, but let me tell you - it was yummy! And they have a great wine selection displayed fabulously behind the bar in 30+ different dispensers - it's a wonderful piece of art! I can't describe it, but will post a picture when I get one.
So go check out bleu when you get a chance. It's fabulous. They're located at 8th & Cherry in downtown Columbia.
