One week ago, that dog had (I'll go ahead and assume) never stepped a paw on furniture in her life. She was living in a cage similar to this...

...day in, day out, in her own waste. She still has the urine burns on her feet to prove it. Abused, neglected, forced to breed time and time again with no break, just so someone could buy her puppies in a pet store or directly from the selfish bastards who treated her like this. Then the Department of Agriculture stepped in and saved her and 35 of her closest friends and relatives from that abuse. (They were lucky, considering. Thousands of other mill dogs are not - please don't support puppymills).
What a difference a week makes.

On Sunday, the shelter still needed help grooming some of the dogs they received from this puppymill, so I decided I'd groom Tully's sister Mildred. I don't actually know if they are really sisters, but they look alike, so I'm going to say they are related.
Anyway, Mildred wasn't nearly as bad as Tully was, but here are her befores:

And here are her after shots:

Now quick - rush out and adopt these adorable little girls! www.cmhspets.orgNote: I should not become a professional groomer. I suck at it!
